When Williamson’s launched their estate agency business in an already crowded market, it was important that their marketing material clearly communicated their offering.
Williamsons needed a brand and a set of marketing collateral which would position them as experienced independent agents specialising in out of town and village home sales. ‘A fresh approach’ slogan combined with a traditional colour palette was chosen to convey their experience and personal service. Our roll out of a full suite of new brand material included brochures, leaflets, folders, report covers, signage, advertising, direct mail and large format displays. We have recently completed the development and launch of their ‘Distinctive by Williamsons’ sub brand and a suite of collateral for the sales and marketing of prestige and premium homes.
