Sellers would enjoy a bespoke approach – a personal agent available 24/7 throughout the whole selling process right through to completion. They would also get magazine style photography, editorial features and special presentation online and on social channels. It was designed to attract buyers specifically looking for unique and prestigious homes. They needed us to create a new brand and material for the launch – quiet, confident and different from the high street alternatives. The new Prime Residential brand was born featuring a motif inspired by decorative brick bond patterns and a typographic nod the the past – a time of traditional values often overlooked – service, quality and loyalty.
