As the UK’s leading valuer, it’s traditional customer base (lenders) wasn’t expanding. As a part of the LSL Group it had a unique opportunity to be able to sell into customers via the estate agency branches within the LSL Group. Our challenge was to review the existing B2B message and design a set of BZC material which would communicate key information to home buyers directly ie, who we are, what do we do, why you should consider a survey before buying a home and at the same time tell customers about other services they offer. Our programme of work involved reviewing their current brochures and website as well as developing a set of sales material to help estate agency branches refer sales.
