Davis Tate, an established estate agent with branches throughout Berkshire and Oxfordshire, asked us to carry out a review of their branding and marketing materials and to relaunch them in a way which would attract more premium property sellers in their area of operation.
We sat them down and created examples which would help them to realise the importance of colour, imagery, aspiration and design when it comes to presenting yourself as a premium agent. We developed this understanding and produced a new brand guidance document which would take them to the next level without loosing their current core brand elements. New material followed – modern, prestigious with a hint of heritage and with a new quiet, confident and sophisticated tone. It would send a clear message to owners of higher worth property – that Davis Tate understood their needs and could provide the more demanding levels of service they expected.
