When Alzheimer Scotland embarked on a major recruitment drive, we were brought on-board by Yorkshire PR and marketing agency Intandem Communications to set up a microsite to help achieve their objectives.

It needed to stand alone, to complement their main site and to inspire and inform potential applicants about the challenges and rewards of working for the charity. We developed a responsive microsite which held hands with both their main site and and the external recruitment management site which would carry details of all posts on offer and applications. Using colour, tone of voice and carefully select imagery we created an online space visually blending to the main site, which would motivate, enlighten and answer some of the questions about working in this specific caring environment. A parallel campaign of social posts were also developed to launch and provide continued awareness of the employment opportunities as they were rolled out regionally.
