Looking to add to the Artium Group’s growing cluster of businesses, their experience in property development and lettings made it logical to explore longer lettings and the student market.

Although traditionally dominated by budget offerings, they specifically wanted to concentrate on the upper end and to attract UK and overseas students looking for accommodation which had more to offer that regular student digs. Deliberately crafted to link to the group’s umbrella brand, the Alteza name and brand was born and the venture launched using digital stationery, brochures, leaflets and online components created to capture the style of the business and the high-end feel of the the properties on offer.
