With over 300 truely unique hotels across the UK, the Best Western brand works really hard to draw hotels with a broad range of character together under one name.

Working alongside the highly focused marketing department our role initially was to develop all the collateral and promotional items to support the loyalty rewards programme. We then went on to develop further brochures, direct mail, programmes national and regional adverts to promote golf and spa breaks, Christmas packages and staff incentive schemes material to launch the first Best Western Premier Hotels.
